About Me

Whether through my consulting practice or through the interactions with my community, I seek unique opportunities to elevate contentment through integrated life strategies.

Danielle LaPorte's programs and insights have greatly influenced me professionally and personally. As a single mom to 4 children, an entrepraneur, and human, I've learned it is not seeing everything we are able to accomplish in a day, but instead ensuring that the things we choose to accomplish carry value; that they contribute to how I want to feel.

I look forward to the opportunity to share with you and aid in your journey.

My consulting practice is called The Frolic. If you are waking up and just grinding, it's time to re-evaluate. Come Frolic.

Q & A

Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?

togetherness, secure, expansive, authentic, tranquil

Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?

I had an awesome opportunity to attend a yoga convention which included a lecture with Danielle herself, and a Desire Mapping workshop. I had already been following Danielle and was excited to discover my CDF's with other individuals seeking clarity for their journey. I now formally evaluate my CDF's twice a year.

Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.

We can be very successful on paper. Or very unsuccessful. We can do everything the way we think we are supposed to and feel drained, empty, unfulfilled. Knowing my CDFs has enabled me to know when to say no and also when to step forward into something new, free from the constraints of typical expectations or societal constraints.

Knowing my specific CDFs has aided me in my business to choose those avenues which support my CDFs. Despite being a highly successful proposal manager, I knew that keeping that as a mainstay of my consulting practice would not bring me towards where I truly want to be. And so, I let it go except for clients I feel very passionate about. This has enabled my practice to open up to new and exciting opportunities and allow more time to learn new skills which can help my clients in their path toward success.

Q: Why are you passionate about sharing this work with others?

This work does not tell you who to be, what path you need to follow for success as achieved by others.

I feel a great joy in seeing others experience Desire Mapping:

It breaks down walls.
Opens windows.
Brings light to your path.

It doesn't tell you what to do. It doesn't tell you who to be.

Desire Mapping and the tools we share as Facilitators, help others learn about themselves and define what that means for their journey.

That's special, and I couldn't be more excited to share with others on that path.
