Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?
Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?
I found The Desire Map book after purchasing the 2015 planner. I had been using the planner for a few months when I realized that I hadn't read the book and I had no idea what "Core Desired Feelings" were. I was on page 24 when all of my education and training clicked into place and I KNEW I had to become a facilitator. I signed up on the spot. I love that my love of paper planners turned me on to this comprehensive and transformational process!
Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.
A few months after I started desire mapping my husband said out of the blue "you haven't been as bitchy lately and it's been really nice". I grinned at him with glee and exclaimed: "that's because I have Core Desired Feelings"! It was so cool to see that this thing I was doing for ME also rubbed off on my relationship! #winning

The Desire Mapping Process WORKS. I am BLOWN away at how deeply personal and transformational this work is. So often my clients feel like their choices are limited and they are powerless to create change. Identifying what you want and giving yourself permission to move toward what you desire is empowerment at its best!
