About Me

I have worked in personal development all my life, as a parent, teacher, HR practitioner, and now as a personal coach, and every day that I get to help others grow and flourish is a day well spent!

I see your potential, and love to find what motivates you and what you yearn for. I use The Desire Map in my individual coaching, and have begun to host workshops featuring The Desire Map, as I have seen firsthand the magic that happens! I love helping you uncover your Core Desired Feelings - the powerful words that will help fuel your days, make decision making easy, and help you move toward more of what you want, and less of what you don't want. Whether you want one on one coaching, or a group experience, I look forward to helping you choose the best way for you to find your CDFs and start living the life you have always dreamed of!

Q & A

Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?

Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?

I love to work through The Desire Map at the beginning of every year, (for a few years now), usually over New Year’s with my husband, and that is how we re-clarify our CDFs, set goals and the overall theme of we want to feel, live, and achieve each year. By going through the process together, I get to live my CDFs with him, being vulnerable, being connected, and when I set the goals for the quarter/year, I am able to begin the flow! I have also attended an awesome in-person workshop in Vancouver lead by Sandi Amorim (thank you Sandi!)

Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.

Although there have been many times where knowing my CDFs have helped me, one specific instance where it has changed my life was when I was in a partnership with someone whose values and business goals were not in alignment.

After spending some agonizing hours trying to figure out why I was feeling so uncomfortable, I tapped into my CDFs “heart wide open” and “grace” and realized I just didn't fit in with the business model presented and needed to make a change.

I now check in with my CDFs each morning, and it has made all the difference.

Q: Why are you passionate about sharing this work with others?

I believe there is no easier way to really tap into your inner longings than knowing your true inner feelings and desires.

By doing this frequently, one can course correct easily, avoiding frustrations, and instead be in flow with life. Bottomline, it is energizing, connecting, and creative work!
