About Me

I'm not a "life coach", psychologist, or psychiatrist. Nor do I play one on TV. Instead, I'm a woman who, after forty some odd years, discovered that trying to do things the way anyone else thought I should, was just not working.

I took a good hard look at my life and the successes I'd made throughout my life; what had made me "feel" good. Lo and behold, there in lied the key. I am at my best, my most motivated, my most determined when I'm in pursuit of joy.

And now, I'm working to help others find their JOY as well.

Core desired feelings

accomplished, affluent, at peace, divinely feminine, on purpose, out loud

Q & A

Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?

At Peace
Divinely Feminine

Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?

My first round of Desire Mapping was done in my living room, sitting on my couch - the TV on for background noise. I have made my home a "no drama" zone and I've decorated my spaces with things that put me at ease. Surrounded or rather, held in that space, I am safe to go as deep as I need to in order to best hear my soul, my Divinity. I'm confident as I work through the Desire Map process, my best answers are coming forth.

Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.

I had been living the life of a chameleon; changing personalities to suit those around me, using (abusing in a lot of cases) alcohol to ease the pain of having lost myself over the years.

My fist time Desire Mapping reminded me of what I wanted, what I loved, what behaviors and activities soothed MY soul. Armed with that list, I tentatively began to reach for those things again.

My second round clarified things even further and I learned to say "NO" to anything that got between me and my Core Desired Feelings. Consequently, I stood in my truth and gracefully ended some friendships, stopped drinking, stopped being in situations that were harmful physically and emotionally. I came back to myself.

My third round is where I stepped more fully into my purpose, and that is what lead me to turning my passions into service, my service into a business.

Q: Why are you passionate about sharing this work with others?

It is seeing the light come on in someone else's eyes when they are reintroduced to their Desires and in working with me, find ways to realistically achieve those feelings and goals. This work brings about so many of my CDFs - it's a win/win all the way around.
