I'm a workaholic who is also into wellness. I'm a black belt, I summited Kilimanjaro, and I love both bourbon and burpees. My approach to fitness has always been about balance, so let's go hiking and grab a burger and a beer after!

Q & A
Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?
Luxurious. Powerful. Inspiring. Proud. Love
Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?
I Desire Mapped partially with one of my besties, in our stretchy pants on her couch, and partially on my own. I loved the connection and conversation we had throughout the entire process, and I also loved completing other sections on my own in my quiet comfort zone.
Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.
When my schedule gets full, I tend to de-prioritize my personal wellness... even though I know it's the only thing I can't outsource and it literally impacts every aspect of my life. After I quit my job and went out on my own, all the various projects I had taken on started to get overwhelming and I found myself doing what I always do - sacrificing my personal wellness time. After 3 days of sacrificing my gym time for work so I could "get more accomplished", I realized how sluggish I felt. I wasn't focused, I was tired from lack of sleep and stress, and I saw my core desires written on a post-it next to my desk. In that moment, I knew that in order to feel powerful and inspiring, I needed to take care of myself first. I needed to go work out in order to feel like my badass, "I can conquer the world", luxurious, loving, self. I forced myself to put down my computer and go to the gym... and as we all know, I felt a million times better after.
Q: Why are you passionate about sharing this work with others?
In my "highlights reel" of life, I've always been living the Agoura Life - prioritizing my personal wellness, making decisions and goals based on my Core Desired Feelings, understanding my personal motivators, celebrating with others, and loving myself through whatever challenges come my way. We all tend to de-prioritize personal wellness when we get busy, and I want to empower and support everyone to take care of themselves first. This is my life's work, because I believe that we each individually have incredible, unique gifts to offer the world, but we can't share those gifts from a place of depletion.
