Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?
Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?
I love Desire Mapping at home in my office with all the goodies - journals, candles, incense, affirmation cards, music. I also love to Desire Map in the bath. Sound weird?! Maybe - but with that much solitude I tend to drop in and get super connected.
Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.
One of my CDFs is Free. When I first knew Free was one of my CDFs, I equated that with no responsibility, taking endless vacations and basically doing whatever the hell I wanted, when I wanted. However, the more I lived out "freedom" in this way, the less free I felt. So I pivoted and shifted. I started living life with more discipline and structure (and a little flexibility) and discovered that freedom for me each day means living intentionally, following my joy and having structure. And at the end of the day, I feel more free than I ever have.
Q: Why are you passionate about sharing this work with others?
For me it's all about intentionality. I love teaching others how to live their life designed by how they want to feel - not by default. Desire mapping empowers people, and my purpose is to help empower.
